Returns Policy

If you cancel your order for any reason after dispatch, you must return the items to us at your own cost, unless the items are faulty, not as described, or you are legally entitled to cancel.

You must take reasonable care of items while in your possession and return them unused in original packaging. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit.

Return or refund requests can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Products have to be unopened or unused.

We will refund using the original payment method once items are returned. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving returned items.

We will only refund the least expensive delivery cost if you choose a more expensive method.

We may reduce refunds if returned items have been damaged through mishandling. You remain liable until we inspect.
